The petitioner has challenged the proceeding initiated by the respondent No.2 under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. This petition was filed in the year 2016. The said proceeding were initiated by the respondent No.2 in the year 2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the father of the petitioner who is present in the court submitted that the proceeding before the trial Court has commenced. 2.

In the circumstances, this petition cannot be entertained at this stage.

Petition is therefore rejected. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case and all issues are kept open.
