1] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 279/2021 registered with Rabale Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Prayer for grant of bail is opposed on the ground that there is presumption against the applicant of commission offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3.2453.21 ABA.doc 3] Considering the maximum punishment provided and the judgment of Apex Court in the matter of Arnesh Kumar V/s. State of Bihar and Anr [Criminal Appeal No. 1277/2014], applicant deserves pre-arrest bail.
(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 279/2021 registered with Rabale Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 06/12/2021 to 10/12/2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. (iii) Applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.
