In the Second Appeal, challenge is to the order dated 11th January 2021 passed in Appeal No.AT006000000052645 by the learned Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai.

The present Second Appeal is filed on 18th August 2022. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Even considering the said period, as the Appeal is filed on or about 18th August 2022, there is some delay in filing the Second Appeal.

Mr. Makarand Raut, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent strongly opposes the application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.
