By this civil application, the applicant has sought to expedite hearing of the appeal. The only ground is that the applicant is a senior citizen.

There are several earlier appeals wherein the parties are senior citizens. No reasons are made out to hear the appeal out of turn. Civil Application is dismissed. Appeal shall come up for hearing as per its turn.
