Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The order passed by the School Tribunal at Solapur (Tribunal) dated 16th February, 2016 is set aside.

ii.

The Tribunal shall allow the Petitioners to file their Written Statement within a period of one week from today.

iii.

The Tribunal shall hear Appeal No. 26 of 2015 afresh and deliver its Judgment and Order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order. iv.

The Tribunal shall if necessary hear the matter on day-to-day basis and shall not grant adjournment to either side unless absolutely necessary.

Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Tribunal at Solapur on 2nd November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions. vi.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
