1] The Petitioner has approached this Court, since at the relevant time the Grievance Committee was not constituted. 2] The learned counsel for the Respondent - University states that now the Grievance Committee is constituted and is functional. 3] In that view of the matter, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Grievance Committee. If the Petitioner approaches the Grievance Committee, the Grievance Committee shall decide the grievance of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date, Petitioner approaches the Grievance Committee.
