DANGRE, J DATED : 26th MARCH 2018 P.C: Perused the Civil Application filed for restoration. It is prayed that the order dated 31st July 2017 dismissing the petition for nonprosecution, be set aside and the petition be restored. In paragraph no.2 of the application, the applicant has stated the reasons for the counsel not attending the Court when the matter was called out on 31st July 2017 and it came to be dismissed for default. On perusal of the said application, it appears that the cause stated in the application seems to be bonafide and since if it is the fault of the counsel, the party could not be made to suffer. In the interest of justice, Writ Petition is restored to its file.
