The prayer in the petition is restricted to a direction to Respondent No.1 to decide petitioner's application dated 16th June 2021 by which petitioner wants certain mutation entry recorded. 2.

According to petitioner, despite filing the application till the date of petition and even as on date the said application has not been disposed. Mr. Patel expresses his own doubts whether the entry could be given but at the same time stated that Tehsildar would decide the application within such time as the Hon'ble Court may direct. Mr. Patel states the application was incorrectly filed with the Collector but the Collector has now forwarded the application to the Tehsildar, Panvel to decide the application.

We dispose this petition without making any observations on the merits of the matter with the following directions : (a) Petitioners application dated 16th June 2021 to be disposed by Tehsildar, Panvel by 31st July 2023. (b) Personal hearing to be given and notice thereof to be communicated atleast seven working days in advance.

(c) Order to be passed shall be a reasoned order dealing with all the submissions of petitioner. 4.

Petition disposed.
