After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the ages of the victim boys i. e. 8, 10 & 11, the trial of the Applicant is expedited, lest the victim boys forget the incident due to passage of time.
