By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 25th June, 2015 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1118 of 2015 by which the applicant was enlarged on provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks and prays that the said period be further extended by four weeks, to enable him to furnish surety. Vide order dated 25th June, 2015, the applicant was enlarged on bail. Clauses (ii) and (iii) of Para 4 of the said order dated 25th June, 2015 read thus: SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.721.15.doc "(ii) The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall be enlarged on provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks from today."

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks further extension of four weeks to comply with the said order dated 25th June, 2015. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and time is extended by a period of four weeks to furnish surety. 5.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
