By this application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicants are seeking to quash the FIR bearing C.R.No.195 of 2019 registered with Dombivali Police Station at the instance of Respondent No.2 for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Khamkhedkar, the learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned makes a statement that the subject FIR was already investigated and thereafter Csummary report was filed before the Magistrate which has been accepted.

In the light of above statement, grievance raised in the application no more survives. Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
