The present civil application is filed on 29th October 2007 for restoration of writ petition filed by the applicant which was dismissed for non­prosecution on 15th June 2007. The writ petition was at admission stage. In view of averments made in paragraphs­6 and 7 of the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Place the writ petition under the caption of fresh admission on 26th September 2018. We make it clear that on that day, adjournment will not be granted to the petitioner.
