This is an application by the applicant for extension of eight weeks time for furnishing the sureties.

2) The applicant was directed to be enlarged on bail by on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount by order dated 9.7.2015. As the applicant could not get the necessary sureties, on an application made by the applicant bearing Cri. Application No.581/2015 the applicant was directed to be enlarged on provisional bail for a period of 4weeks in which he was supposed to comply all the formalities for furnishing bail. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted all the necessary documents have already been submitted to the trial court, however, the report of the police could not be furnished in time and therefore, the

2 /2 APPP-724-15 applicant moved the present application on 25.8.12015 thereby seeking extension of time to furnish the sureties.

3) For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the period for completing with all the formalities for furnishing sureties is hereby extended for a period of eight weeks from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. All the concerned to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the registry of this court.
