This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by original applicant who had preferred application for anticipatory bail. From the order dated 12th April 2019 and 30th April 2019 passed by this Court in ABA No.847 of 2019 it is apparent that the applicant therein had deposited Rs.1,92,000/- in the registry of this Court. This application is preferred by the complainant for withdrawal of said amount. The amount was deposited to show bona fides. The said amount cannot be allowed to be withdrawn. In the event charge sheet is filed, the amount be transferred to the Trial Court and the said Court will decide about the liability of amount during the course of proceedings. The application is disposed of. 2.
