The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 13/08/2015, by which the State Government granted interim relief pending final disposal of the revision application instituted by the Respondents No.3.

The learned Counsel for parties point out that the final hearing in the revision application has been concluded on 02/09/2015 and it is expected that final orders would be made at any time. In this view of the matter, there is no necessity to entertain the present petition. The State Government would is directed to pass the final

2 WP 8611-15.doc-30 order as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks from today.

Further, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits and therefore, non-entertainment of the present petition may not be construed as some sort of approval of the order made in this petition.

With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
