Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

In this case, charge-sheet is filed but charge has not been framed. The applicant is resident of Indore. It is finding difficult for him to attend the Court dates and Police Station.

In view of above, I pass following order:- (i) Interim Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend concerned Police Station on the date of trial Court till framing of charge.
