Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. She submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the Trial Court granted permission to the parties to compound the offence and as such, acquitted the petitioner vide order dated 13th August, 2022. Learned counsel has tendered the said order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra, Mumbai, dated 13th August, 2022.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid petition.
