This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of C.C.No.2601/PW/2010 pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai. 2.

It is not in dispute that charge is farmed in the said case and the case is at the stage of trial. We, therefore, are not inclined to interfere in the trial of said case No.2601/PW/2010. However, in the interest of justice, it is directed that the matter be decided expeditiously.
