Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P for the State and the learned Counsel for the complainant-respondent. 2.

Vide order dated 28th August, 2015, notice was issued to the complainant-respondent No.2. Learned Counsel appearing for the original complainant states that such a blanket order as sought in the present application is not maintainable. He states that apart from the three complaints filed at Gamdevi Police Station, LT Marg Police Station and DB Marg Police Station, the complainant has lodged one more complaint SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.1270.15.doc application with the BKC Police Station. He submits that the complaint filed at BKC Police Station, however, has not been registered as an FIR till date.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the complainant, if an offence is registered by the BKC Police on a complaint application of the respondent No. 2, the Investigating Officer of the BKC Police Station, before arresting the applicant, shall give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of.
