The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as per the Respondents, the time is extended upto March 30, 2023 to make an application for regularisation under the The Maharashtra Gunthewari Development (Regularisation, Upgradation and. Control) Act, 2001.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner is also entitled to independently make an application for regularisation under section 52A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. The Petitioner may make an application as may be permissible Mohite 1/2

Ad-interim relief granted by this court earlier shall continue for further period of 15 days.
