Ms.Salvi appearing for the Husband submits that the parties have entered into the consent terms in the Divorce Petition filed by the Husband before the Family Court at Pune. Ms.Salvi submits that the order under challenged in Writ Petition No.11973 of 2022, an order was passed in the interim maintenance application. Mr.Gadhavi appearing for the Wife submits that even the wife had challenged the order of interim maintenance for enhancement by way of Writ Petition No.10910 of 2022. He submits that he has received written communication by way of e-mail dated 25 February 2024 from the wife addressed to him thereby informing him to withdraw the said Writ Petition filed by the Wife.

The said e-mail dated 25 February 2024 written by the daughter of Wife is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Writ Petition Nos.11973 of 2022 and 10910 of 2022 are disposed of, as the parties have entered into the consent 2/3

terms in the Family Court at Pune.

In sequel, all Interim Applications / Civil Applications pending in both the Writ Petitions are also disposed of. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) 3/3
