Mr.A.I. Patel, the learned AGP at the outset makes a statement that order in respect of which breach is alleged is complied with. He has drawn our attention to statement to this effect in the affidavit filed by Manisha Anna Kumbhar, Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Kolhapur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned AGP, as well as by Manisha Kumbhar. He also concedes that the grievance made in the petition no more survives. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
