This is the second Bail Application preferred by the Applicant.

Learned APP has tendered a report. Same is taken on record. In view of the statement made by the learned APP that the trial has commenced and one witness has already been examined in the said case, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He requests that since the trial has commenced, the trial of the Applicant be expedited.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, since the trial of the Applicant has commenced, learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
