The petitioner has preferred this petition through jail, hence we appoint Ms. Rohini Dandekar, who is on the panel of High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the petitioner in this petition. 2.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner had preferred an application for parole which

10 WP 3147 OF 2013.doc came to be rejected. The appeal preferred by him against order of rejection was also dismissed. Hence this petition.

The case of the petitioner is that his mother's father expired on 18th February, 2012 and he wants to go to attend some religious rituals in relation to his grand father's death.

Looking to the fact that we are in the year 2016, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

In view of above, rule is discharged.
