Office has placed this matter for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 26.9.2016. In paragraph 8 of that order, the submission made on behalf of the respondents that respondent no.3 has deposited Rs.70,000/- on 17.9.2016, was recorded. Mr. Hariarkar appearing for the petitioners also did not dispute the fact that respondent no.3 deposited that amount. Mr. Hariakar submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the said amount. However, while disposing of the petition, no specific order was passed permitting the petitioner to withdraw Rs. 70000/-.

In view thereof, following sentence shall be added in the order dated 26.9.2016.

"Petitioner is permitted to withdraw Rs. 70,000/- deposited by the 3rd respondent unconditionally."

Order dated 26.9.2016 stands corrected accordingly. Office to issue authenticated copy of this order.
