P.C:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondents.

The registration of Writ Petition filed by the Applicant has been refused by the Registrar (Judl.I) on the ground of failure of the Applicant to remove office objections. Considering the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B), subject to condition of the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of three weeks from today. On the failure to remove all office objections within the stipulated period, the order of refusal of registration shall stand.

If all the office objections are removed within the stipulated period, Writ Petition shall be listed under the caption 'for fresh admission' on 23rd April, 2019.
