Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred through prison. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial in Special Case No.201 of 2017 has reached an advanced stage and only the evidence of the IO is to be recorded. The next date in the said Special Case is on 22 April 2024. 4.

In view of the aforesaid development and having regard to the nature of the accusation, it may be expedient to request the learned Special Judge to conclude the trial in Special Case No.201 of 2017 arising out of C.R.No.131 of 2017 registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from 22 April 2024.
