1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Smt. Tarannum Ansari. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the application.

2) The application in ABA No.1184/2016 is directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
