The Appeal from Order is directed against the ad-interim order dated 30th May, 2017 passed by the trial Court restraining the parties from entering the suit shop till the next date. I am informed that today all the pleadings are complete in Notice of Motion. The respondent has also filed Contempt Motion against the appellant for breach of ad-interim order passed by the trial Court. The Contempt Motion is pending before the trial Court.
