The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent is not making aware potential investments of a SEBI observation letter dated June 22, 2018 and SEBI clarification e-mail dated June 26, 2018. In the petition, there is no averment regarding the contents of the SEBI observation dated June 22, 2018 and SEBI clarification e-mail dated June 26, 2018.
