2] This Court on 25th October, 2021 while granting ad-interim protection recorded reasons viz unexplained delay in lodging FIR, receipt of the amount by the complainant. It appears that Applicant has cooperated with the investigation. That being so, ad-interim protection order stands confirmed.

3] In the event of arrest of the Applicant in C.R. No.375/2021 registered with Rabale Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376, 328, 417, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- with one or 1/2
