We therefore, do not, deem it appropriate to exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, at this stage, having regard to the fact that the investigation is going on. It is upon completion of the investigation and the final report being filed by the Investigating Agency that the petitioners can seek appropriate recourse in law.
