By this petition, the Petitioner seeks an action to be taken against the Respondent under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971. It is alleged that the Respondent has violated the interim order dated 29 June 2022. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the amount has been recovered by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in spite of interim order, they have taken remedial action and have returned the amount to the Petitioner. In light of the statement made and in view of the fact that that the petition is still pending, it is not necessary for us to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction.
