By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks the following relief :- "Be pleased to direct the office / Registry to release the payments of the Applicant-wife through her present Bank Account in her spinster name - Miss Anita Sajandas Panjwani;"

In para 5 of the Civil Application, the Applicant has stated that prior to her marriage, her name was Miss Anita Sajandas Panjwani. Further, PAN card issued to the Applicant is also in the

2 CAW 2475-15 in WP 2140-15.doc-904 name of Anita Sajandas Panjwani. The averments in para 5 of the Civil Application have been verified by the Applicant as true and correct.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
