The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No. 59 of 2018 registered at Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under section 498 (a), 406 and 354 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The petitioner herein is seeking transfer of the investigation to any other police station as according to the petitioner the investigation is not being carried out in a fair manner. 3.

The learned APP submits that the police who was investigating the said offences at the initial stage is no more concerned with the investigation and that there have been three different officers at different stage.

The learned APP also submits that the investigation is at the fag end.

In view of this, the prosecution is at liberty to file chargesheet against the accused persons except the accused Mr. Maulik Jagnani, who happens to be a brother-in-law of the present petitioner. 6.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application for vacating of the interim relief in Criminal Writ Petition No. 2083 of 2018.

In view of this, it would not be necessary to transfer the investigation when it is almost completed. Hence, the petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
