The attention of the learned APP is invited to the decision of the Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. CBI & Anr, (Misc Application No.1849/2021 in SLP (Crl) No. 5191/2021) as well as the directions issued by the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, on 20/7/2022, on instructions of the Investigating Officer state that he shall issue a notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C to the applicant.
