Learned APP informed the Court that an application seeking discharge is pending before the Special Court, which came to be filed on 22nd June 2022. He submits that he himself has argued the matter twice.

In that case, the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP are directed to argue the application seeking discharge on the next date fixed by the Special Court.

The Special Court shall hear the respective parties and shall decide the application within 3 weeks thereafter. It is made clear that there shall be no further extension of time. 4.

After deciding the application, a compliance report be forwarded to this Court.
