We direct the Registry to issue fresh notice to the second and third respondents, returnable on 12th March, 2015. Notice be forwarded to the office of the Commissioner of Police, Thane with directions to the Commissioner of Police, Thane to forward the notice to the appropriate police station for effecting service. The officer in-charge of the concerned police station shall locate the whereabouts of the second and third

In addition, there will be an order in terms of prayer clause (a) with a modification that the publication will be in daily newspaper 'Loksatta'.
