Perused the injury certificate dated 08/08/2022 which speaks of causing simple injury suffered by the victim-Sohail Shaikh. As such, rest of the ingredients of offence punishable u/s. 307 are not made out. There are no criminal antecedents.

As such ad-interim protection ordered dated 25/08/2022 stands confirmed.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer from 23/09/2022 to 28/09/2022 every alternate day between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 5.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.
