The civil application is taken out for restoration of Civil Application No.200/2015 by recalling the self-operative order dated 19 August 2016 of the Registrar (Judicial-II) of dismissal of the civil application in case of failure to take steps to serve the Respondent. There is a delay of 348 days in taking out this civil application.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed subject to costs of Rs.5000/- to be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent within two weeks from today. Upon the costs being paid, Civil Application No.200/2015 shall stand restored and the delay shall stand condoned.
