This Application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased-Maruti Balu Pavagi/Respondent No. 1 on record. Deceased Maruti died during the pendency of this Appeal. The legal heirs are shown in para No. 7 of the Application i.e. 1-(A), 1-(B) the same are son and daughter of the deceased.

The learned Advocate for the legal heirs informs that she has instructions to appear for the added Respondent. Deceased Respondent No. 2 is mother of deceased Respondent No. 1. Hence this now only Respondent No. 1 is required to be taken on record who are as 1A) Pandurang Maruti Pavagi and 1B) Bebi Maruti Pavagi.
