1] By the present petition, the petitioner has questioned the correctness of Order passed below Exhibit-1 dated 4th May 2016 in C.C. No.3053/SS/2012 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 44th Court, Andheri, Mumbai. 2] The complaint filed by the applicant has been transferred by the said Order, on the ground that the Bank with whom the cheque in question is presented, was not situated within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. 3] The Trial Court under Section 142(2) of the Negotiable Instruments Act has passed the aforesated Order. After perusing the entire record, this Court is of the view that, no interference by this Court is necessary with it. 4] Petition is accordingly rejected.
