At the outset, Mr. Taskar seeks leave to amend the petition and tenders draft amendment, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Leave to amend granted and amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The entire grievance of petitioner is that certain persons have encroached upon the gayran land in Village Shikharapur, Taluka Shirur, District Pune. The names of those persons have been disclosed in the petition.

Ms Solunke states that the Mandal Adhikari of Talegaon, Dhamdhere, has filed a report dated 28th July 2023 after visiting the site / spot and the report has been submitted to the Tahsildar. Ms Solunke states that copy of Meera Jadhav

2/2 2-wp-10623-23.doc the report running into 151 pages and the letter dated 11th September 2023 from Tahsildar to Mandal Adhikari will be given to Mr. Taskar today itself. Ms Solunke states on instructions that the Tahsildar will give a hearing to petitioner and the persons named in the petition as the alleged encroachers and then pass the order in accordance with law. The Tahsildar shall pass a reasoned order dealing with all the submissions of the parties. Petition disposed.
