DATED : 3rd AUGUST, 2018 P.C:- The Government, as pursuant to the order and direction of this Court in Writ Petition No.8307 of 2018 dated 1st August 2018, appointed new members of the Scrutiny Committee at Nashik.

A copy of the order dated 2nd August 2018 in that behalf is produced before us.

They apologize for the serious lapses committed by the Committee in complying with the orders of this Court and state that hereafter, such an occasion will not arise.

It is stated that all pending matters of the students before this Committee would be disposed of, and in any event, before 7th August 2018. This statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of this statement, all the four petitions are disposed of.
