The petition is filed seeking a direction to the District and Sessions Judge, Pune to decide Sessions Case No. 1003 of 2013 expeditiously. The petitioner is not an accused in the said crime but he is the complainant. We are told that, several cases are pending for trial in the Sessions Court. The petitioner therefore cannot get

Mr. Kadam, the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been assaulted by the accused several times. If that be so, the petitioner is always at liberty to file appropriate report under Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code before the concerned Police Station.
