He submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid application, the police of the Khopoli Police Station, have filed an 'A' Summary Report. Learned Counsel has tendered a letter dated 3rd October 2022 addressed by the API, Crime Branch, Raigad-Raigad, to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, evidencing the same. The photocopy of the letter dated 3rd October 2022 is taken on record.
