P.C.:- The Applicant herein has sought to condone the delay in filing appeal against judgment dated 2nd May, 2017 whereby the learned Special Judge (NDPS) Court Room No.43, Greater Bombay held him guilty of offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w. Section 21 (C) and Section 8(c) r/w. Section 23(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985 and sentenced her to undergo imprisonment for a period of ten years and to pay fine of Rs.1,00,000/- i/d. to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a further period of three months.
