This Application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Ranjit Kumar Mohanlal Jain, who died on 27.11.2019. The proposed Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) are his legal heirs. There is delay in filing this Application. It is stated in the Application that learned advocate appearing for the Respondent gave intimation of the death of Respondent on 25.09.2021. The Application was immediately filed thereafter on 06.10.2021.

Considering the reasons for the delay, the Application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned.
