The Petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus to Respondent No.1 to decide the proceedings in Revision Application No. 448 of 2022 filed by the Petitioner within a period of three months. For issuance of such a mandamus, we are not made aware about pendency and the work load of Respondent No.1, who will be in the appropriate position to consider this request.

We permit the Petitioner to make a request to Respondent No.1 which made in this Petition and Respondent No.1 will consider this request and take appropriate steps.
