This Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 2 years 324 days caused in filing the First Appeal. It is stated in the Application that all the Applicants were dependent on deceased who unfortunately died in the railway accident. There was no one to look after the family and for this reason they could not get proper advice at the time. Their claim application came to be rejected by the Railway Tribunal . Since the application is by the dependents and since no one has appeared for the Respondents, this Court is inclined to allow the Application. Manoj
